No dancing!
aaaaaaargh, that's not the end of the world, but after sitting on my but for 3 months already it's not the cheeriest news. It's a long story, but it takes more time than needed without any words on the time of progress. Meh! Now the real shitty part is that I was supposed to go to one of the biggest European dance camps of the year to celebrate a swinging NYE in Stockholm, Sweden. Booked in september and now this no-dancing-order. I can move, but no sports and no dancing.
Annoyingly this isn't the first time my dance camp plans are trashed. I hoped this would be the year to move on and book some progress in balboa. Not going to happen. No bal, no lindy... still pondering about blues. Blues is no sports, is it? *sighs*
So I wonder if I should use my plane ticket and visit Stockholm as a tourist. Minus 5ºC is not so bad, compared to the -14ºC two weeks ago. But it's darn cold, and dark... How much fun is that?

Oh no! How awful! What a huge disappointment. I've never been to Stockholm at this time of year... or ever, in fact, thought it's on my list. But I imagine it would be quite magical - sure, dark and cold, but fairytale like, with plenty to enjoy indoors to make up for the outdoors situation! Hope you find something nice... x
Thank you Miss Marie!
I'm sorry to hear you're injured and need a break from sports/dancing. I hope you can dance in spirit as a tourist. I've never been to Swedish or Denmark so a chance to go would be a thrill!
You could see me! I live in Stockholm. :) And I think it's a pretty city even in winter and there are some nice museums as well. If you come you have to tell me!
Thank you Bella!
Isis, what a fabulous idea, will let you know for sure!
